How long will it take to receive my items?

All our leather items are hand made to order.  Current order processing time is approximately 7-10 business days (plus shipping).

How much is shipping?

USA:  Flat rate $3.95 via USPS First Class Mail

Canada:  Flat rate $13 via USPS Global Priority Mail

International:  Flat rate $18 via USPS Global Priority Mail 

All our prices are in United States dollars.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my package is missing or shows delivered but I haven't received it?

If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing, please call your local post office to inquire about the location of the missing package.  Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.  We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

What's the difference between lace up and zip up grips?  Which should I choose?

Our zipper grips are faster to attach to your stroller, and very easy to remove.  This allows you to change your grips often and easily.

Our lace up grips require more time to attach, but also fit better on curved handle bars (minimal to no wrinkles that the zip up grips can sometimes have).  They are more of a semi-permanent grip as well; they can be removed and later reattached, but have to be re-laced each time (lacing can take 10-30 minutes depending on the grip length).

Do I need to remove the existing foam on my stroller?

No, our stroller and belly bar covers go on top of the existing foam on your stroller, both protecting it and allowing for easy addition/removal.

My stroller isn't listed; can I still buy covers for it?

If you cannot find your stroller on site, we can still make grips for you!  It just means we have not made grips for that particular stroller before, and do not have the measurements on file.  Send us an email at lauren@luxandleather.com with your measurements and we will get you a quote.  See how to measure here.

Do your products meet CPSC safety requirements?

Yes, our leather and faux leather has been ASTM F2617-08e1 tested and meets 15 U.S.C. § 1278a or Sec. 101 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, Pub. L. No. 110-314 (CPSIA,) Ban on Total Lead Content in Children’s Products in Excess of 100 ppm in Children’s Products.  Our leather and Vegan leather products are lead free.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Because all of our stroller accessories are custom made to order, we do not accept returns/exchanges unless your order was fulfilled incorrectly.  Please make sure you have ordered the correct make/model and/or color before finalizing your purchase.  If there was an error with the grips you received, please contact lauren@luxandleather.com.
